CAMP RULES:
The camp rules are designed to preserve an atmosphere of
Christian growth and to insure the safety of the campers.
Campers must participate in all activities unless excused by
the Dean or the Camp Nurse. Campers may not leave the
campgrounds without permission from the Dean. Campers that
leave the camp for reasons other than medical are not allowed
to return later in the week. Overnight guests are not
permitted, and visitors may not participate in classes or
small group activities. No Camper is allowed to leave the
camp unless accompanied by a staff member, and then only for
emergency purposes. Boys or Girls are not allowed in one
another's dorms or dorm areas.
The Dean of the week
will have the authority to enforce the camp rules and make
decisions concerning such rules.
Rules for acceptance and
participation in the program are the same for everyone without
regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex or
disability.
DISCIPLINE
If any camper becomes an extreme discipline problem, we
reserve the right to contact the parents or guardian and
dismiss them from camp.
TEEN WORKERS FOR 2009
All potential teen workers MUST send an application
to the dean of the week they would like to work. The
dean MUST approve that teen coming to help. This is not
meant to discourage teens from helping, but there must be a
job to be filled in order for that teen to come. If you
have questions about this, talk to your Minister or Camp
Director.

NEW BUILDING UPDATE
Camp Clearwater has been planning a new building for some time
now. For information purposes, we have made some
modifications to the new building proposal and are now
planning on a 40 x 60 worship center. With the income we
have from the supporting churches, we feel it is in the best
interest of camp that we strive to get a larger teaching area
now instead of continuing to wait for more support for a
larger facility. This building will have a high ceiling
so that the building can be expanded in the future into a
multi-purpose gym-worship center. We have set a goal to
have this building under construction by camp 2009.
