Westview Christian Church is
a congregation of committed believers from virtually every
denominational background. Together, we celebrate the Birth of
Jesus at every service.
As an
"independent" Christian Church, we seek to exalt Jesus Christ as
Lord, to follow the Bible only, and to pattern our worship after the
church of the New Testament. We want to be the kind of church
described in the Bible where people are valued, truth is taught with
relevance, worship inspires the heart, friends are family, prayer is
real and compassion is shown to those in need.
It is
our firm conviction that Jesus Christ alone can meet the deepest
needs of all people; that forgiveness of sin, joy of heart, and
peace of mind belong to people who walk in a personal relationship
with Jesus Christ. We also believe that Jesus still transforms
lives, mends broken hearts, and binds together families; gives
direction and meaning to life and opens the way to eternal life and
everlasting salvation.
